Some businesses have seasonal peaks and valleys. For example, tax accountants work long hours in the spring of each year. Construction companies do much of their work while the weather permits. Theme parks and outdoor concert venues are abuzz with excitement in the summer but much slower, if not completely closed, in the cooler months. These are just a few examples; there are many more.
Office furniture rentals can fill the needs of a business that expands with a particular season while still being respectful of the budget. This economical choice is a smart move for a company whose needs change during the year. Purchasing furnishing that will sit unused for much of the year is not the most efficient use of a company’s capital funds. Why use much needed capital for buying furniture when it could be put to so many better uses?
